Sourdough Baking Intensive
Learn sourdough from scratch: theory, hands-on practice and your own loaf to finish baking at home.
What to expect
In this 5-hour intensive, we navigate the art of sourdough baking together. You'll learn what wild yeasts and lactic acid bacteria actually do and how to start, maintain and work with a sourdough starter.
Alongside solid theory, you'll mix your own dough, shape your own loaf and bake pre-prepared loaves fresh on-site. Your shaped loaf goes home with you: into the fridge overnight and into the oven the next morning.
Perfect for beginners and hobby bakers who want to go deeper.
